Sep 2005: This site was recently re-indexed by Google after
being banned for a week or two. I can't seem to find any evidence that the site
is ranking well.

A well promoted directory 3+ year old directory. Well categorized and includes high PR in almost all categories. The site includes a large number of blogs which add to the value of the directory with their original content. I do Google searches for niche directories and Romow consistently shows up in the rankings. One negative factor is that there are quite a few directoires hosted on the same IP. |

A plain looking website. Its dynamically created pages are indexed by MSN & Google.
They use a unique directory script but the disadvantage is that they do not pass much link juice to the listings at the end. The site is starting to get crowded and its category structure is not up to the task. Internal pages all have the same titles Meta description or meta keywords are missing. |
