What approval rates will we receive for our custom submissions?
Unlike our general directory submissions, we do not monitor all the niche and regional categories. We do not know what the approval rate will be. The quality of your site and the quality of your submission information
can affect your approval rate.
What am I paying for?
The service offers a custom service tailored to your needs. You pay an hourly rate based on the number of hours it takes us to :
- research and select appropriate directories from a short list of potential directories.
- within the appropriate directories, select the directories with relevant categories..
- submit your website to the directories that are relevant.
- produce a submission report.
How many directories do you normally submit to in a four hour period?
Our early experience has shown that in 4 hours, we can go through a list of 70-80 directories in 4 hours. Of that we should be able to submit to 25 appropriate directories.
The numbers could vary depending on the niche and the amount of special conditions. This number would be much lower for niches that have mostly paid directores. If we have recently submitted to the same niche then we would use the previous directory list, thus reducing the time required considerably.
How will I know what directories my site has been submitted to?
Once submissions have been completed, we will provide you with a detailed report that includes
a list of directories, the date and exact category submitted. Here a is sample submission report.
Do you submit in other language other than English?
We are not proficient in any other language other than English.
What if I have already submitted to some directories?
When we submit your site, the directory will inform us if your site is
already listed. We will substitute that directory with another from our
submissions list. Feel free to inform us if you have a list of directories
that you do not want us to submit to.
How long will it take?
Because custom submissions can take longer than our regular submissions it could take a bit longer than our regular submissions. We usually start submissions within 2-7 business days from receipt of
your payment. If you choose
the regular submission option your order should be completed the day
it is started If you choose the "Slow
submission" option
we will submit your site to 15 to 20 directories per day (75 to 100
per week). If you choose the "Very Slow submission" option we
will submit your site to 5 to 10 directories per day (50 to 60 per
week). In
rare occasions excessive workload may cause us to take a couple of extra
days to complete your order.
What if my niche is small and my order takes less than the 4 hour minimum?
If your orders take less than 4 hours we will use the rest of the time to submit your site to general directories.
What type of sites can be submitted?
We accept most sites. Please consult our quality guidelines. Sites must be in the English language as the directories we submit to are English.

Are submissions to PR0 directories worthwhile?
Yes they are. Your chances of having your site approved are much better
with the directories that are just starting up. You can also get a good
spot in your category. These sites will gain PR as time goes by. Many
of these could become high quality paid directories, thus providing you
with a free link. Many of the high PR sites are simply dropped domain
names. These sites usually lose their PR in the next update or two.

Are your submissions performed using an automated script?
No, our submissions are done manually. We may use tools to speed up the repetitive typing process
but a person visits each and every directory and selects the most appropriate category.
The category URL is then included in the report that we provide you after submissions are
complete.
